Vivian Heisz (vhz) eca80c1a27 sci-mathematics/rink: update Manifest 
This fixes (hopefully) the last instance of Codeberg changing their
archive method and breaking the existing hashes. Once again, the file is
the same, and in this case no changes were required, just regenerating
the manifest.

Vivian Heisz (vhz) 6b3a21752c sci-mathematics/rink: update MANIFEST and S in 0.9.0 
Codeberg appears to have changed the way they created the tarball here,
breaking the existing ebuild and causing verification errors.

The code hasn't changed, but the folder structure has, so this addresses
that.

0.32.0 returns to using `CRATES` instead of a vendor tarball, and adds
`RESTRICT="mirror"` to prevent portage from trying the mirrors. This
follows a recent discussion on the matter on IRC, and should aid in both
auditability and maintainability.

Vivian Heisz (vhz) fa3e56c1ba media-sound/spct: add 1.1.7 
This is a bit of an overhaul to the ebuild, done because upstream added
a shared/static library version of the application.

With the changes here, prefix builds, multilib builds, and cross builds
should all work correctly (and I've tested to make sure they do).

Support is included for the binary itself, with the shared library gated
behind a USE flag.

Vivian Heisz (vhz) b8ce29749b games-util/minigalaxy: fix build after egacy mode removed 
After https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/commit/7972a9082e7d43371ff10f54004ef3806fb16231,
this package no longer builds (and the ebuild was
considered corrupt). This uses setup.py directly to build
the package. It appears to install correctly this way,
though I don't personally use the package to test fully.

This also restricts the tests, which appear to have been
failing for some time.

Vivian Heisz (demize) f84c70570c media-libs/glee: add -r2 
This fixes a pkgconfig issue on multilib LLVM systems. The
previous .pc file hardcoded `/lib`, which causes LLD to
strictly link against libraries in `/lib`--which are the
incorrect binary format for x64 systems.

This updates the configure script to generate a pkgconf
config automatically, using the configured `libdir`.

Tested with https://github.com/llopis/amstrad-diagnostics.
All tests I can run pass--I don't have all the keys needed
for the keyboard test or a joystick, but it seems to work.

The source file is the same, but the old SRC_URI is dead,
thus the Manifest wasn't updated--the hashes match :)

I didn't realize the `git.subprocess=false`
deprecation was coming -this- soon, or I'd have
started warning in 0.28.0 and dropped the USE
default in 0.29.0.

Instead, I'm leaving it default and warning, and
it'll be removed entirely next update.

demize dd35344974 app-shells/direnv: BDEPEND on >=dev-lang/go-1.24 
As of this release, upstream has increased their
minimum Go version to 1.24. Bump the BDEPEND in
both the latest version and the live ebuild.
