dev-libs/libtypec: fix revision bump (7e6af504b7)

Browse Source 
Replace symlink to ${PV} 0.5.0 with regular ...-r1 file.
Partially revert 7e6af504b7 to reset
libtypec-0.5.0 to its pre-revision state.
