dev-lang/odin: drop myself as a maintainer

Effectively, Odin's build system is problematic because

1. It adds some base CXXFLAGS (which leads to QA warnings)
2. It bundles prebuilt vendor libraries (some of which are for other
   platforms, such as Darwin, and some of which have unsatisfiable
   SONAME deps)
