Gilles Dartiguelongue d889498f57 sci-misc/llama-cpp: improve ggml collision handling ...

Instruct CMake to install llama.cpp libraries in a libdir subfolder and
add RPATH allowing it to load its libraries and ggml copy.
Do not drop includes as llama can be a dependency of whisper.cpp or
other packages.
