chrome_crashpad_handler and libvulkan.so.1 are precompiled and come from the upstream tarball, so add them to QA_PREBUILT. This was changed upstream sometime between 3.1.51 (the last version that was packaged in ::guru) and 3.2.18 (now): libvulkan.so.1 was just libvulkan.so, and chrome_crashpad_handler didn't exist at all.
