- Unbundle croaring and add -Iinclude/roaring.h to `${CPPFLAGS}` from
the patched croaring pkgconfig.pc file otherwise:
``
  pyroaring/pyroaring.cpp:1171:10: fatal error: roaring.h: No such file or directory

  compilation terminated.
```
